An intense brew first enjoyed by the British aristocracy during the Industrial Revolution. Already on the nose, you can feel the drink's thick core of lightly caramelized malts, which is refreshed by the resinous pine buds and the spooky wild rosemary. The tongue literally gets stuck in the maltiness, only to be rescued by the bitterness of the hops, all of which lingers into sticky warmth.

A style popular in late medieval Goslar. The aroma of lightly soured mash and Goldings hops introduces a refreshing tastescape, where it is enriched by the spiciness of coriander. Followed by the bready sweetness of wheat malt, which is faded by a slight bitterness and finished by a pinch of salt.
A dark smoked beer that has been enjoyed for millennia by anyone who bathed in smoke saunas, while the malt was kilned on top of it. The aroma is overwhelmed by notes of smoky plum with the breadiness of the dark base malts. Sweet smokiness on the tongue from the Franconian beech wood with some malty caramel and balancing grassy bitterness of Saaz hop on the finish.
An interdisciplinary berry beer with a multifaceted tastescape. The dry floral aroma of elderflower pleasantly compliments the fruitiness of Mosaic un Galaxy hops. All the rage of the 90s California captured in an imperial IPA. Brewed with the pillars of the new world of hops at that time - Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo, and Citra. Each hop adds to the thickness of the wave of bitterness, that crashes upon a mountain of lightly caramelised malts. The epic landscape fades slowly into warmth.
An eye-opening amber ale with mint and ginger. It starts with mint, which is complemented by the oriental freshness of ginger and the soft bitterness of Goldings hops. On the tongue lightly caramelized malts join in with juicy notes of sugarcane that help to smooth out the spiciness of ginger. In the end ginger is not the only one that warms.
Modernly hopped wheat beer. The pleasantly refreshing aroma of New World hops interacts with the spicy esters of weissbier yeast. The rhythm of taste is dominated by the multifaceted fruity bitterness of Citra and Galaxy hops with the soft sweetness of wheat malts saving them from being too explicit.
Peculiarly refreshing light beer. The minty catnip complements the citrus of Cascade hops on the nose, that is brought down to a spicy and grapefruitlike bitterness of wormwood on the tongue. The low alcohol content and density allows the drink to be enjoyed to kill any thirst, leaving a grassy and refreshing citrus pith in the aftertaste.

Slightly spicy red ale with a balanced backbone of hops and lightly caramelised malts. On nose the dry smokiness of cayenne pepper bullies the aromas of gentle Amarillo hops and malted barley aside. But a playful caramel reigns on the tongue, leaving the pepper to just nudging the throat to leave the aftertaste to the fruity bitterness of the hops.
Juicy sweet and aromatic pale ale. The nose is overwhelmed with the all the exotic fruit notes of Bru1, Mosaic and Citra hops, surrounded on the tongue by the sticky sweetness of oat and wheat malts. All of it underlined by fruitiness of the low flocculation yeast. A dense tastescape with a particularly long lasting aftertaste.
