€5.00This year during Ūsiņi our foeder experienced its first yeasts - from the 2020 coolship season barrel, from the spring night air of May 13, as well as from natural Latgale honey and juniper branches in the coolship. On the nose resinous smokiness compliments funky yeast esters and phenols. The tongue gets kicked with pungent sourness balanced with honey like sweetness. While the finish is juicy with a pleasantly wild and lingering aftertaste that craves for the next sip.

€9.00This grape ale is brewed by aging some 2 year old barrel fermented beers from our coolship programme on freshly picked grapes at ratio 1/3. Mostly white Vandal Cliche, with a touch of red Jodkrante and Golubok for colour from Gatis Kužums vineyards near Bauska. The aroma is dominated by a moderate horseblanket with hints of ripe berries, which initially dances on the tongue with typical fruity flavors of older wildales, but then loosens up all the seriousness and turns into a playfully light and whitewiny aftertaste with a juicy apple finish.
