Modern fruited sour. The tropical tastescape is dominated by the juicy and sourish passion fruit, which is fueled by mango and peach notes of Galaxy hops, as well as the fragrant sweetness of vanilla. All of it held together by a thick maltiness with a pinch of salt, that dances away to a tipsy samba.
A modern cherry ale with a naturally charming tastescape. The confident density of the cherries, whose juice is fermented here at a ratio of 1/7, is embraced in the sweetness of lightly caramelised malts, which allow the drink to be sweetly juicy while keeping all the typical cherry traits - a brightly red density of fruitiness with a light touch of stone.

Slightly spicy red ale with a balanced backbone of hops and lightly caramelised malts. On nose the dry smokiness of cayenne pepper bullies the aromas of gentle Amarillo hops and malted barley aside. But a playful caramel reigns on the tongue, leaving the pepper to just nudging the throat to leave the aftertaste to the fruity bitterness of the hops.
Organoleptic manifestation of Baudrillard's simulacrum. A sharp citrusy aroma of Idaho7 hops, complemented by the primal bitterness of wormwood, literally hits the nose. Thanks to Philly Sour yeast the beer has a juicy acidity that, together with the wormwood and hops, creates a pure simulacrum of a grapefruit. With all the refreshing aftertaste and gentle astringent effect.
