Zilga Wilding 6.3% (375ml)

A Baltic take on a classic Italian-style grape wild ale. We added 1/5 fresh 2024 Zilga grapes from Kandava for several months to a blended base from our foeder and a pure Brettanomyces fermenatation. The aroma of the beer intertwines grape freshness with the mossy, sharp aroma of the wild yeasts. The purple drink lies on the tongue with moderately sour red fruitiness, dominated by musky and tannic notes of this Latvian grape variety . With a pleasantly drying aftertaste of a northern forest.
