The caramel malt and smoky chestnut chip aroma are joined by fruity spicy bourbon notes on the nose, which, combined with the the deep amber color, makes the mind believe that the drink will be boozy. But on the tongue, these suspicions are dispelled by an elegant balance of flavors that will surprise and warm both whiskey and good beer lovers. With a hint of roastiness in aftertaste from the charred bourbon barrels.

€9.00Fermented with Brettanomyces yeasts typical to the Senna river valley and maturated for a couple of months on fresh Latvian blackcurrant berries and leaves of the 2023 season. In the aroma the dry and spicy notes of the blackcurrant leaves outplay the yeast esters, whose soft mossiness slightly slows the screamingly thick and brutally tart juiciness of the berries on the tongue. Pleasantly spicy horse blanket reveals istelf in the aftertaste once the juiciness recedes.
