Wild Plum 5,6% (375ml)

A fresh look on a classic Belgian style fruit ale. We added 1/5 fresh wild plums for a few months to a blended base from our foeder and a pure Brettanomyces fermenatation. The aroma of this ale intertwines apple notes with a playful melon alongside the harshness of the mother of all plums. Hints of stone fruit and plum skins with the funkyness of wild yeast complements the thorny landscape on the tongue. With a refreshingly tart and slightly smoky aftertaste.
