Organoleptic manifestation of Baudrillard's simulacrum. A sharp citrusy aroma of Idaho7 hops, complemented by the primal bitterness of wormwood, literally hits the nose. Thanks to Philly Sour yeast the beer has a juicy acidity that, together with the wormwood and hops, creates a pure simulacrum of a grapefruit. With all the refreshing aftertaste and gentle astringent effect.

SAUSSERDIS

Refreshingly dry sour ale with hints of blackcurrant, blueberry and cranberry. Made from barley and wheat malts, as well as 10% fresh honeysuckle berry juice, Mandarian Bavaria hops and meadowsweet.

A peculiarly bittersweet ale with hints of the New World. The backbone is built on three hops - Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy. The citrus and tropical fruit bitterness of the hops are pleasantly smoothed by the soothing sweetness typical of vanilla. The medium dry body allows to enjoy this seductive bouquet of flavors unhindered.

VIRSAITIS

West coast IPA with a typical bitterness forward character. Mosaic hops dominate the tastescape with hints of lychees, mango and pomelo, complimented by the clean bitterness of Magnum, while amber malts keep the fruity bitter balance throughout the aftertaste.

Crimson colored beer with fresh blackcurrant juice added during the fermentation. Fruitful sweet and sourness is balanced by lightly caramelized malts and a pinch of Citra hops.

A mix of honey, wheat and barley malt. During the brew, we've added a bouquet of typical bog herbs - wild rosemary, bog myrtle, heather and pine shoots. This blend of herbs give the braggot a pleasant resinous bitterness with surprisingly poignant notes, held together by champagne yeast esters and medium ABV.
