Historical pictish wholehive heather mead, mentioned in both Ancient Roman chronicles and Scandinavian legends. The dry sparkling drink invites to the tastescape of a bee hive. The sweet aroma of propolis is followed by the flowery bee pollen and dryly mossy heather blossoms. All of which fades into a humming apiary.

All the rage of the 90s California captured in an imperial IPA. Brewed with the pillars of the new world of hops at that time - Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo, and Citra. Each hop adds to the thickness of the wave of bitterness, that crashes upon a mountain of lightly caramelised malts. The epic landscape fades slowly into warmth.

Inspired by traditional Latvian rye bread. The nordicly spicy caraway enriches the scentwise related Belgian style yeast esters. On the tongue, this harmonious couple is joined by the harsh and full-bodied sweetness of rye, which completely embraces the high alcohol content. A sour and juicy beer colour of the first morning or the last evening rays. A fifth of the volume consists of fresh blueberries that create a wonderful colour and flavour, that pairs with the grassy taste of oregano. A special soured wort and bitterness of HBC431 and Bramling Cross hops finish the flavour pallet.

Dry mead brewed with bog myrtle and 5% lingonberry juice. The northerly meager tastescape of a bog is introduced by the refreshing sour and bitter aromas of lingonberry and myrtle. On tongue they pick up some residual sweetness from honey that enriches the bittersweet bog myrtle experience, with a sparky dry lingonberry finish.

Modern fruited sour. The tropical tastescape is dominated by the juicy and sourish passion fruit, which is fueled by mango and peach notes of Galaxy hops, as well as the fragrant sweetness of vanilla. All of it held together by a thick maltiness with a pinch of salt, that dances away to a tipsy samba.

Beer with the aroma of smouldering rubble and a deeply smoked flavour is brewed with a choice of peat bog smoked and roasted malts. Apocalyptic flavour is held together by a background of hops and high alcohol content.
