Juicy sweet and aromatic pale ale. The nose is overwhelmed with the all the exotic fruit notes of Bru1, Mosaic and Citra hops, surrounded on the tongue by the sticky sweetness of oat and wheat malts. All of it underlined by fruitiness of the low flocculation yeast. A dense tastescape with a particularly long lasting aftertaste.

Herbally aromatic and fruity sparkling fermented beverage made by adding fresh barley and wheat malt wort to a young cider from 2021 Sīpoliņi and Antonovka variety apples. Dryherbed with sage and applemint before bottling.

Juicy and sticky base with lindenblossom give a sweet background for the overpowering aromatics of dryhopping with Citra, Mosaic and the modern CryoPop.

An intense brew first enjoyed by the British aristocracy during the Industrial Revolution. Already on the nose, you can feel the drink's thick core of lightly caramelized malts, which is refreshed by the resinous pine buds and the spooky wild rosemary. The tongue literally gets stuck in the maltiness, only to be rescued by the bitterness of the hops, all of which lingers into sticky warmth.

Dark and blasphemous beer that invigorates the soul. The witchy bitterness of yarrow combined with fruitness of Citra hops and the roasted caramel flavour of five different dark malts invite to an intense tastescape a pious tongue would choose avoid. Alas, the devil has it`s ways.

Dark and full-bodied beer with distinct roasted malt taste and flavor. Heavily hopped and dry-hopped with Galaxy and Jade hops for an extremely intense overall experience. Winner of the beer festival Līgo Ziema 2014. homebrew contest.

A delightful braggot made from 2/3 honey and 1/3 dark barley malt wort, fermented with wine and beer yeasts. An invitingly honeyed and portwine like introduction is followed by an explosion of caramel sweetness on the tongue, that is balanced only by hints of roasted malt bitterness and strong alcohol backbone. With a mesmerizing plum fruitiness in the aftertaste.

On the nose the aroma of four types of caramelized and lightly roasted malts dominate. On the tongue, they are joined by the stickiness of oats along with bittersweet threads of chamomile, followed by the crisp coffee bitterness of roasted chicory root. The high final density allows the beer to maintain a chewy sweet structure, in which alcohol remains completely unnoticed, leaving the aftertaste lingering in the realm of chocolate fondant.

Generously dry hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy hops. A light bodied, easy to drink beer, that is made unusual by an addition of red currant berries and elderflower in the dry hop. Folk wisdom teaches if the imp gets you - wiggle your toes to get free.
