The beer culture does not stand still because we're developing it.
Labietis isn't brewed according to the recipes of German barons or the traditions of our ancestors. We brew beer here and now, inspired by the diversity of world styles. Labietis began as a countercurrent to boring beer that has sunk into the shallows of industrial brewing tastes.
We're supporting local culture without falling behind global craft beer trends. Modern beer brewing is without borders.
PAGAN BREWS
The oldest archaeologically recorded beer sediments are 5000 years old. The oldest references - 13,000 years old.
Our inspiration comes from a time before beer had classification of styles and rules - when herbs and juicy fruits were used in brewing. History is enigmatic and we interpret it in flavors.
HONESTLY BREWED
Labietis started in an open space instead of a closed factory with the idea that everyone can watch the brewing process while sitting in a pub.
We stand for honest brewing and we're vouching for the quality of every ingredient, from hand-harvested heather to overseas hops or exotic fruit purees.

€3.18A British classic since the 18th century London where the hardworking porters preffered the strongest ale of the time - stout. In the aroma, toasted barley notes are intertwined with fruity yeast esters. The full chocolatey bouquet of dark barley malts of this drink fully opens on the tongue, complimented by the silky softness of oats. With an aftertaste of a job well done.

€2.77Peculiarly refreshing light beer. The minty catnip complements the citrus of Cascade hops on the nose, that is brought down to a spicy and grapefruitlike bitterness of wormwood on the tongue. The low alcohol content and density allows the drink to be enjoyed to kill any thirst, leaving a grassy and refreshing citrus pith in the aftertaste.

Here we have fermented an extremely light wort with Brettanomyces genus yeasts and matured on fresh lingonberries for 3 months at a ratio of 1/8. On the nose, the bitter aroma of lingonberries is fresh and mossy, allowing you to slip into an autumnal seaside forest landscape. On the tongue, the tart nature of the lingonberries comes to life, complemented by sweet and spicy yeast esters, creating a delicate bouquet of a variety of forest berries, that fades into a refreshing aftertaste.

Lilac elder 6.6% (375ml)
€4.60A seasonal blend of spontaneous fermentation beers from 2020 and 2022. Shortly before bottling this beer has been lusciously dryherbed with freshly picked lilacs at 50g per liter. The result hits the nose with the bittersweet aroma of lilac, which transforms the typical horseblanket of the style into a almost melon. However, in the taste, this apparent softness is replaced by the funky and spicy bouquet of wild yeasts, while notes of synthetically bittersweet lilac remain in the background. Finishes with a lingering aftertaste of ripe summer and good mood.

The nose is overwhelmed with the all the exotic fruit notes of Bru1, Mosaic and Citra hops, surrounded on the tongue by the sticky sweetness of oat and wheat malts. All of it underlined by fruitiness of the low flocculation yeast. A dense tastescape with a particularly long lasting aftertaste.
