This beer has been fermented by three different yeasts. This bronze age braggot has been fermented in three different vessels, including a Tokaji wine barrel. Afterwards the beers have been blended and aged on oak chips. This creates a dry ale that is exploding with northern wild yeast notes, smoothed out by oak chips.
