DIŽPĻAVA

This is a limited edition of our herbal blond ale, which has been further aged in a Chardonnay barrel from Burgundy. Though wine yeasts have been able to turn the high final gravity of the pale and malty brew into extra fun, it has only emphasized its true nature - a fully blossomed meadow of our northern summer. The herbal bitterness of yarrow and meadowsweet combined with the fruitiness of the wine are now dominating the tastescape. The extra booziness is masterfully hidden by the barrel tannins which results ino a sessionable drink, that will dance on a wide variety of tongues.
