A spontaneous fermentation blend in the Belgian tradition. Since 2019, we are the only brewery in the Baltics with our own wild-harvesting barrel. And this is the wild boar we started in the year before the war, to which we blended beers launched in the spring of 2020 and 2022 before bottling. The aim of this early 19th-century Belgian method is to weave the richly mossy and rustically spicy flavours of the older savage with the refreshingly delicate nuances of the younger savage. The beer is intended for immediate processing or longer maturation.
