Limited edition of our Yarrow devil, which has spent almost a year in oak barrels, in which blackcurrant liqueur was previously aged. During the year’s additional maturation, the devil has become softer and berryier, although it has retained its kick. The nose is hit by blackcurrant and fruity notes encouraged by slight booziness and hints of black chocolate. On the tongue this transforms into a fully roasted barley, barely covered by the sweetness of caramel malt. In the aftertaste, the blackcurrants return, now in full coupling with the roastiness that slowly disappears into a boozy warmth.
