Belgian-style spontaneous ale, aged for several months in October 2025 on hand-picked grapes from Gatis Kužums’ vineyards at a 1:5 ratio. The fruity freshness of this “field blend” evokes the scenography of a biodynamic rosé. On the palate, however, the venerable and piquant esters of the wild yeast take the lead. Redcurrants then rush past, highlighting the brew’s vivid crimson hue before dissolving into a dry, sparkling wine-like finish.
