CUCUMBER WILDLING

SPONTANEOUS FERMENTATION CUCUMBER ALE

A spontaneous fermentation ale aged for several months on 2025 Latvian-grown cucumbers. The aroma surprises with refreshing notes of kiwi and gooseberry veiled in a light smokiness, through which the cucumber eventually reveals itself. While the palate anticipates brine, it is met with a cucumbery profile saturated with wild yeast esters and phenols, hitting with the intensity of watermelon bubblegum. In the aftertaste, the cucumber masquerades as melon.
