The aroma stirs up the “naughty” side of chamomile, accompanied by a lush presence of wild yeast. On the palate, the sweetness of meadowsweet and the woodiness of heather—alongside bee products—tame the notes of the quirkily slick raw mead and wild yeast, which underscore a winy fruitiness. The dry character of the drink allows it all to vanish quickly into a refreshing aftertaste.
