English tradition bitter ale made with a gentlemanly balance of hops, malts and yeast esters. Goldings and Galaxy hops are the first to arrive on the tongue with a slightly exotic bitter introduction, followed by the caramelised interplay of five different malts with the fruitiness of English yeast.
