Organoleptic manifestation of the bodriar simulacrum. The nose is literally cut through with a sharp citrus aroma of hearty Idaho7 hops, complemented by the primordial bitterness of wormwood. Thanks to the souring phase of the yeast used, the beer has a juicy acidity which, together with the wormwood and hops, creates a pure simulacrum of grapefruit flavours. With all the healthy refreshing aftertaste and slightly astringent effect.
