A fresh take on a classic Belgian-style berry beer. We prepared a vatting from our 13 wood tank and a year of pure Brettonomyces-fermented beer, in which we mashed fresh wild blueberries for several months at a ratio of 1/5. The bright purple aroma of the beer intertwines threads of wildberry jangliness with the uplifting mossy aroma of the blueberries. On the tongue, the wild blueberries conjure up a wave of intense purple flavour, in which a few cherries and one gooseberry join the uplifting notes. With a pleasantly lingering aftertaste of wild berries.
