Modern Bloody Mary reincarnated as a beer. In the aroma, the umami flavour of sun-dried tomatoes is completed by smoked jalapeños and a touch of celery. On the tongue, the complete tomato force arrives, kept from dominating by black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Throughout this bustle, chipotle gently tickles the throat. On the lips, a primordial bloodlust fades in stickiness.
