The aroma of this boyishly rosy brew reveals the esters and phenols characteristic of wild yeast, interlaced with the bittersweet notes of the berries. On the palate, the lingonberries fully unveil themselves, leading you deeper into the mossy berry fields. The finish leaves the lingering sensation of a rain-soaked Baltic coastal forest at the end of summer.
