A more denser version of the Forest, specially made to be put in gin barrels for less than a year. Before bottling, it is heartily garnished with juniper berries, which play a key role in the enjoyment of this drink. The aroma is already dominated by a fresh fruity resinousness, surrounded on the tongue by a light malted barley caramel, as well as a carousel of serious alcohol content. A resinously refreshing drink with an excellent balance of strength and maltiness, leaving a splintery juniper aftertaste.
