At the end of September, we harvested some wild grapes in the backyard of our brewpub in Riga. After leaving the crushed grapes for a week on their own, we poured some fresh wort in a ratio of 1/4. The center of the tastescape is dominated by the wild yeasts of our backyard, that blend well with the tannins of the thick sjins of northern grapes. Despite the low final gravity the beer has high level of juiciness that completely hides the pretty high alcohol content. All this in pink color with a noticable grape aftertaste.
